Non-urgent advice: Patients speak up
We held our first Patient Participation Group (PPG) last month. The PPG is a forum between patients and the practice, allowing us to hear patients’ views before we make any changes to our services, and give patients the chance to raise concerns that they may have about the practice.
There’s a board in the waiting room that the committee will use to post information on. If you want any information passed to the committee, then please leave it with the reception team who will make sure the group gets it.
